Martin Flexos Terminal Upgrade

‍CorrQuest’s customers have found that the original OEM monitors/ keyboards are difficult to locate and replace. CorrQuest can present a monitor solution that uses standard flatscreen monitors (VGA) with a standard keyboard to replace the OEM CRT (tube) monitor.

Martin Flexos Full Upgrade

‍CorrQuest provides upgrades for Martin (brand) finishing machines. This includes Mini 618, Midline 924 and Transline 1228 models. Specifically our upgrades address some of the main challenges of these machines. CorrQuest upgrades:

• Eliminate the “Pins” between the sections
• Eliminate the 4-axis and 16-axis boxes with standard A-B hardware
• Provide machine automatic setup
• Provide a graphical operator interface
• Eliminates the Siemens S5 PLC hardware with modern PLC A-B hardware
